wow the hopes of an entire city on rookie Kershaw. talk about pressure, lets hope he pitches as well as he did in game 1.

Only 4 of those teams will have the chance to play in the ALDS/NLDS. Did David Ortiz coming back from his injury help the Sox, or did he struggle? Did rookie starting pitchers, David Price, and Clayton Kershaw come through? Did the Yankees continue their struggles? Did the Pirates keep up the great season they were having (at least for them), or did the very surprising Marlins keep up their torrid pace? Did the Braves flex their muscle? Time will tell, and the present is amongst us... LET US FIND OUT!

Well, Dice K cannot have another season like he had this year. Lester should be fine too for next year. On this game, rookies usually struggle very badly. I'd say another RP or 2 and you should be a near 100 win team next season.
