Were the playoff "locks" a lock for the playoffs after all? Did the Yankees continue their slip to lose the AL East? Did the Twins slip up to watch the Tigers or Indians take advantage? Did the Dodgers close the deal as the best team in baseball, or did they slip up right before the playoffs? Did the Red Sox's trading of their best prospects for impact players backfire on them, or lead them to the playoffs? Well... COME AND SEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to all teams that missed the playoffs, but as you know, free agency is coming up and trading will open back up here soon. Teams that did make the playoffs, good luck!

Sorry man, I wish it was me and not you, honestly. I was a little heart broken myself when I saw that you weren't making the playoffs, but only a select few of members make the playoffs.

Improve that bullpen by acquiring a stud RP, get a stud slugger, and maybe another SP, and you should be an easy favorite to make the playoffs next year. Great year, though, but those Red Sox were f'ing GREAT down the stretch. Just think what they had to do to actually make the playoffs. Just at the end they had to sweep us in a 3 game series at Fenway! Then they had to play a Regular Season Playoff Game to decide the WC, since you both tied for the WC. Can't wait for next year's great division races!

Give the Twins some love. My guys really came through with 99 wins. 15 win seasons from starters Carlos Silva and Matt Garza. An awesome job by the bullpen, Nathan with 48 saves, Pat Neshek with 12 wins as a reliever. Offense headed by Justin Morneau who led the AL in HR's, RBI's and slugging %.

Hats off to all the playoff teams, especially the Red Sox who are on an absolute tear, winning 16 or their last 20 games to lock-up a playoff spot!
